Who we are
AgroKhata is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) product built, owned and operated by DMSync Infotech. It runs in the browser, so a shop owner can use it on a phone, tablet or computer without installing anything.
AgroKhata is made for the people who keep Indian farming running day to day: pesticide, fertilizer and seed dealers, Krishi Seva Kendras, agro centers and other agri input retailers.
The problem we solve
Most agro shops run on a mix of paper registers, memory and a general billing app that was never designed for them. Credit given to farmers is hard to track, stock expires on the shelf, GST bills and plain bills get mixed up, and chasing payments takes time and awkward phone calls.
What AgroKhata does
Billing
GST invoices (CGST/SGST/IGST) and Bills of Supply with separate number series, quotations, purchase orders and returns - with your licence numbers printed on the bill.
Stock
Batch-wise stock with expiry dates and cost, low-stock and expiry alerts, and stock that updates itself when you buy and sell.
Farmer ledger
A running account for every farmer with village, crop, credit limit and credit days, so you always know who owes what.
Send bills as PDFs and let AgroKhata send due-payment reminders from your own WhatsApp number, before and after the due date.
Reports
Sales, purchases, GST summary, HSN, profit & loss and outstanding ageing - downloadable as CSV.
Your team
Staff logins for billing, with reports, settings and deleting kept for the owner.
